Combine shipping! First, our shipping rates are never overblown like some auction vendors. To combine shipping on any products that we sell, take the highest shipping charge for the products that you bought, pay that and drop all of the others. Yep, everything else gets shipped free. For example, you buy one of our handmade guitar bodies and the shipping is $15, add a couple of pickups, a neck, several tone pots and even something from our other departments, your  total shipping will be $15.

Payments must be received within (10 days) from date of sale or auction. Otherwise items may be re-listed. For all items purchased through eBay, payment is to be received within 10 days from the end of auction a non payment notice will be filed with eBay & appropriate feedback left. We undertake to do our best to provide you with the best service we can by phone, and email and will do whatever is reasonable to resolve any problem you may have. We usually ship very fast, BUT if you are in need of a product and time is important, please send us a note first to make sure we can get it to you fast enough. In the event that you have a problem you agree to let us attempt to resolve whatever the issue is before leaving negative feedback. In the event that we are unable to resolve your concerns you agree to be bound by arbitration with "SquareTrade" (an Ebay sanctioned organization that arbitrates disputes between buyers and sellers) before leaving negative feedback.
