This replacement Fender Strat body is finished in a High Gloss Trans Black and crafted from premium, lightweight alder.

It is designed as a bolt on replacement for most American & Mexi Strat® guitars.

Alder Wood Tone: Alder is the classic Strat body wood, dating back to the late 1950's. Alder is found in more 3 single coil, double cut-away guitars than any other. It produces that signature warm and mellow vintage Strat tone. The sound is a thicker, midrange tone and it is very full in the low midrange but still produces enough upper midrange to be clear and articulate.
