| Payments must be received within (10 days) from date of sale or auction.
Otherwise items may be re-listed. For all items purchased through eBay,
payment is to be received within 10 days from the end of auction a non
payment notice will be filed with eBay & appropriate feedback left.
We undertake to do our best to provide you with the best service we can by
phone, and email and will do whatever is reasonable to resolve any problem
you may have.
We usually ship very fast, BUT if you are in need of a
product and time is important, please send us a note first to make
sure we can get it to you fast enough.
In the event that you have a problem you agree to let us
attempt to resolve whatever the issue is before leaving negative feedback.
In the event that we are unable to resolve your concerns you agree to be
bound by arbitration with "SquareTrade" (an Ebay sanctioned organization
that arbitrates disputes between buyers and sellers) before leaving
negative feedback.
IF YOU LEAVE US NEGATIVE FEEDBACK WITHOUT FOLLOWING OUR
TERMS OF SALE AND TRYING TO RESOLVE ANY ISSUE YOU MAY HAVE, WE WILL BE
FORCED TO LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK AS WELL.
