Mark, along with Terry Doeringer, started the company over 6 years ago as a side project but had to leave soon after because of increasing responsibilities at his current job. He comes in as a full principal. The new company name will go back to the original Doeringer Graham MasterCrafting, LLC. The guitar brand will continue as Doeringer Guitars but the basses will now carry the Graham Basses moniker.
